I have been using peppermint extract since I could not find spearmint extract. The tobacco will smell of mint but you won't taste it.

Shihan, I have some tobacco seeds (KY14xL8) burley that will mature in 90-100 days. If you think you have enough time for them to mature, PM me and I'll send ya some.

I appreciate the offer. I have L8 I also have Ky15 and KY16. BY the way, the 1951 KY16 died after our two days of rain. With all the bad luck we have faced this year I bet it will be a good one.

Sorry to hear the 1951 died on you, but as they say around here, that's farming. Hoping you have better luck in the future.

That is farming !! Sorry to hear you lost them though .

I know I lost mine also , not that strain but all the ones I just had a few of wanting to get seeds and try them . For me it seems to be best if I plant way more than I need . That way if I lose half I still have some

I would try to germinate the 1951 seed about 200 (+/-) at a time. In reality three or four germinated since last year but I couldn't keep them alive. I sent seed elsewhere and they have one plant that germinated and is growing pretty well.
