Hi -- A clone is identical in genetics to another plant. Like a cutting off one plant is a clone.
The word you are looking for is hybrid. And the answer is that yes, pollinators including bees, moths, and etc. will cross-pollinate the two plants and you will not get a self-pollinated set of seeds from them. Some will be self-pollinated, but who knows?
What you are supposed to do is bag the flowers to avoid cross-pollinization. It likely isn't too late to do that. Simple pluck off all opened flowers including the base of the flower and any pods that have started forming, then cover with a bag of very sheer cloth that allows air to pass. Tie that bag over the flowers and any more that form will be self-pollinated.
